Terms of Service

By creating a CaseVault account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. CaseVault is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY] (“we”, “us”).

CaseVault is a coaching tool for MBA case-interview preparation. Coaches can ingest case books, conduct timed practice interviews with candidates, score performance, and share scorecards. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for your account's security and for all activity that happens under it.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account > Danger zone. Coaches with existing session history must cancel active sessions first or contact support.

Don't use CaseVault to (a) upload material you don't have rights to, (b) harass or impersonate others, (c) reverse-engineer the service, (d) probe security vulnerabilities without prior written consent, or (e) violate any law.

You retain ownership of the materials you upload, including case books and session content. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely to operate the service. We retain ownership of CaseVault's code, design, and branding.

Case books and individual cases on the platform may be copyrighted by the school or author that originally published them. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use material they upload.

CaseVault is free for users with verified school email domains (e.g. .edu, .ac.*). Other users get a limited number of free sessions and may join the waitlist for paid plans when they open. Pricing, billing periods, and cancellation policy are described at [PRICING_URL] and may change with notice.

You may stop using CaseVault at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

CaseVault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the scoring framework predicts real interview outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event, or (b) [CAP_USD] USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [VENUE].
